We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@pantherclothing.store or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will guide you through the return process.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@pantherclothing.store.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (processing time can vary).
