Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available)
Available payment options will be displayed at checkout.
3. How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are weight-based and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
You will see the final shipping cost before you confirm your order.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes!
Once your order has been dispatched, we will be sure to email you a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please get in touch with us immediately at sales@pantherclothing.store.
We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
7. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’re very sorry if you receive a wrong or damaged item!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes!
If you would like to exchange an item (for size or style), please contact us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our Returns Policy.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Sri Lanka.
